50-Minute Appointment
$235
Commonly used for individual and other standard psychology appointments.
80-Minute Appointment
$352.50
Extended appointments may be available depending on the clinician and service.
Cancellation policy:
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in accordance with the clinician’s cancellation policy.
Your clinician’s full fee and cancellation arrangements will be reviewed before services begin.
Insurance and Direct Billing
Psychology services may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefit plans. Coverage varies by insurer, plan and clinician designation. Clients are encouraged to confirm their coverage directly with their insurer before their first appointment.
Direct billing may be available for some benefit plans and clinicians; however, the availability of an insurer in our billing system does not guarantee that a claim can be submitted or paid directly.
Clients remain responsible for any amounts not covered by their benefit plan.
Receipts
Receipts include the treating clinician’s professional information and are provided for services paid by the client.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the appointment. We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash. Direct billing may be available for eligible benefit plans.
