No Psychologist–Client Relationship

Visiting this website, submitting a Contact form, using Help Me Choose, sending an email, calling the clinic, or requesting an appointment does not by itself establish a psychologist–client relationship.

A professional relationship begins only when appropriate arrangements for psychological services have been made with a clinician and the applicable informed-consent process has occurred.

 

Help Me Choose

Help Me Choose is an administrative navigation service.

Our administrative team may use information such as service type, appointment format, scheduling preferences, areas of practice, and current availability to help identify potential clinician options.

Help Me Choose is not:

• A psychological assessment or consultation

• A diagnosis

• A clinical recommendation

• A guarantee that a particular psychologist will be available

• A guarantee of therapeutic fit

The appropriateness and structure of psychological services are considered with the treating psychologist using professional judgment and the applicable informed-consent process.

Booking and Appointment Availability

Online booking is provided through Jane, an external clinic-management platform used by Driven Psychology.

Appointment availability shown online may change and is subject to factors including clinician availability, service type, age or population served, professional registration, jurisdiction, and clinical appropriateness.

Submitting an inquiry through Help Me Choose does not reserve an appointment. An appointment is booked only when a specific appointment has been selected and confirmed through the applicable booking process.

Fees, Insurance, and Direct Billing

Current general fee information is available on our Fees & Insurance page.

Fees may vary depending on clinician, service, or appointment length. The applicable fees, payment arrangements, cancellation requirements, and other financial terms will be communicated as part of the service and informed-consent process.

Insurance coverage is determined by the client's individual benefit plan. Driven Psychology cannot guarantee reimbursement or coverage by an insurer.

Direct billing may be available for some plans and clinicians but is not guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for fees or portions of fees that are not paid by their insurer.

Virtual Psychology Services

Virtual services may be available depending on clinician registration, service suitability, professional requirements, and the client's circumstances.

Clients attending virtually must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which the treating psychologist is authorized to provide services at the time of the appointment.

Virtual services may not be appropriate for every person, situation, or type of psychological service. The treating psychologist will consider clinical appropriateness and relevant professional requirements when providing virtual care.

Emergencies and Crisis Services

Driven Psychology does not provide crisis or emergency services through this website, website forms, email, social media, or other general administrative channels. These channels are not monitored continuously.

If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911, call or text 988, or attend the nearest emergency department.

Do not use the Contact form or Help Me Choose to request emergency assistance.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

Please do not include detailed clinical, medical, or emergency information in general website forms unless a secure clinical process specifically requests that information.
